Employing the third party inspection company to control the product quality before shipping is the efficient way to reduce import risks, you can make the right decision after reviewing the detailed report with supporting photos.

The expertise and experience of the field inspector is very important, per my knowledge, most inspector just check the appearance and basic functions when performing the inspections, they are absolutely your eyes, however they could not detect potential issues of the product, this will make you lose money when you find the problems upon receiving the goods. KFQ’s inspectors are well trained, they will be your mind to think how the product will use by end consumers, if there are constructional issues, or safety, reliability, durability concerns.

I would like to share one scenario, so you can easily understand so called potential issues. During the inspection of a bicycle, it is detached for shipping, and there are may parts and accessories packed inside. The inspector is very responsible and serious, check the appearance according to sample size, do assembly test, real function test, drop test, etc., however he did not check how the parts and accessories were packed inside the carton. I noticed the accessories pack and some parts were just put into a sealing pack, but not fixed, then accessories packs or parts are loose, and there will be possibility to collide each other, thus the main parts could be damaged during transportation or rough handling.
