Construction check for ceiling light

KFQ inspector did the construction check during the pre-shipment inspection, and found some safety issues below.

1. After torque test (2.5Nm), screwed fixed connections between different parts of luminaries were loosen.

The inspector suggested to add a washer, and the re-test result is positive on modified sample.

2. The conductor cannot be inserted completely which cause the 8mm free wire of a conductor connected to a live terminal touch other live parts.

The inspector suggested to cut brass wire shorter (and better to have the wire end crimped), the result is positive after modification.

3. After pull test on the power cord (60N, 25 times) nearby the cord anchorage, the cord has been displaced by more than 2cm.

The inspector suggested to change a proper anchorage, and the re-test result is positive on the modified sample.
