Use brain to do an inspection

Inspectors shall provide not only eyes, hands, ears for inspection, but also the brain.

I would like to share two cases and you will know how important the common sense is for an inspector.

Case 1: Electric thermopot
When the inspector tried to push the lens with normal force, the lens is moved inside. It is because the lens is not securely/adequately fastened.

Case 2: Bicycle
The frame is noticeably not centralized. It is because the welding is not in the right position, high-low problem is obvious between left and right supporting tubes.

So, being acquainted with manufacturing processes of inspected product is pretty important!
