One of my clients shared me this case when
he cooperated with other inspection company, he was very upset why the
inspectors did not catch this problem before shipment.
The problem is: when riding, the flywheel
is loose and could not drive the bicycle moving forward, following this link https://youtu.be/iNFa5xSO43s you will
find the details.
The real cause is: the flywheel is not
completely fastened/fixed. He also shared me how he fixed the problem,
following this link https://youtu.be/pWx1zXyjli8
to find his solutions.
Good inspection method for this check: hold
the brake of real wheel, turn the flywheel clockwise with a reasonable force,
and see if the flywheel remains in its original position.
At KFQ, we always inculcate our inspectors,
during the inspection they must not merely check of appearance, basic function,
safety tests but also act as an end consumer to simulate the real use situation
and detect potential issues. In a nutshell, the knowledge and mindset of
third-party inspection company inspectors are extremely important.
